Cancellation Policy

Palm & Play Sensory Bag Bar Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Palm & Play! Please review our booking policies before reserving your Sensory Bag Bar experience. Booking & Payment Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your requested event date. Full payment is required to reserve your booking. Dates are not confirmed until payment has been received. Pay-in-4 financing options may be available through our website at checkout. Session Duration The Sensory Bag Bar experience lasts approximately 60–75 minutes, depending on the age of participants and group size. Please allow 30 minutes before your scheduled start time for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup. Package Includes Your base package includes: Up to 12 participants One Palm & Play facilitator Premium sensory materials Personalized labels Professional heat sealing Setup and cleanup Additional participants and premium upgrades are available for an additional fee. Intake Form & Customization A completed intake form is required after booking. Please provide your event details, participant count, personalization requests, and upload any inspiration photos, invitations, logos, or color references. Customization cannot begin until all required information has been received. Late or incomplete submissions may result in standard Palm & Play designs. Safety Recommended for children ages 2 and up. Adult supervision is required for children under 4 years old due to the use of small sensory materials. Sensory materials are not edible and should be inspected before each use. Discontinue use if a bag becomes damaged. Professional Sealing Participants will create and personalize their sensory bags; however, only a Palm & Play facilitator will perform the final heat sealing to ensure durability and safety. Venue Requirements The booking contact is responsible for providing adequate table space, seating, and a safe activity area. Outdoor events must have an indoor backup plan in case of inclement weather. Cancellations & Rescheduling Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the event and are subject to availability. Customized materials that have already been prepared may be non-refundable. Party Planners Recurring bookings and partnership pricing are available for professional event planners, schools, and organizations.
